3D Printing

At Varicon Aqua we have a suite of FDM 3D printers to allow for the rapid and relatively cheap production of prototypes, components and jigs. With our industrial 3D printing capacity, we are able to produce large-scale components, ultimately allowing us to bring advanced design concepts into reality. 

Our 3D printing capacity is supported by an inhouse design and engineering team that allows us to solve new problems and create bespoke solutions to design issues that can occur during component production. 

We also have the capacity to provide a low volume design and production service for large-scale prototype components in a wide array of materials to suit your application 

This includes PLA, ABS, PET-G, TPU, Nylon, polycarbonate and other composite materials.
